The City of East St. Louis is launching its Business Development Grant Program to help new business owners get started and grow within the city! This program offers conditional grants to support entrepreneurs who aim to create jobs, boost the local economy, and contribute to community growth.

📅 Application Deadline: November 14, 2024, at 4:00 PM
Eligible businesses will receive grants under a 5-year owner-occupancy requirement. All applicants must ensure the project uses licensed contractors, and funding must come from an acceptable source.
