East-West Gateway is inviting public review and comment on the draft of its updated FY 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) now through August 1. Bi-state area residents will have the opportunity to engage with this important regional planning document by visiting designated information hubs across the region or by attending four in-person meetings. The TIP outlines approximately $3.1 billion in planned or active state and federal transportation projects such as roads, bridges, transit, and supporting infrastructure throughout the region over the next four years.
Residents are encouraged to provide feedback by completing a short comment form available at each information station, during scheduled public meetings, or by visiting EWG's website. Forms completed at information stations can be submitted in a secure drop box on site or by scanning a QR code to access the online form. Public input is a vital part of the regional planning process, helping ensure that transportation investments reflect the needs and priorities of local communities.
Printed copies of the TIP will be available for review at each information hub listed. A virtual meeting option is also available July 10 at noon. To receive information on this option, contact rosalyn@ewgateway.org. For more information about the TIP or to view the document online, please visit:
