Income-Based Discount Program – Customer Assistance for Water/Wastewater Bills
Illinois American Water has partnered with Dollar Energy Fund to provide monthly bill discounts for income-qualifying residential customers. Once approved, the discount is automatically applied to your water and/or wastewater bill.
