East St. Louis is the birth place of many famous athletes, musicians and business leaders. We are also home to the second largest fountain in the world, located on the grounds of Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park. Our community is a family that works together to make sure we reach our full potential. The vision of my administration is to strengthen our vibrant community. East St. Louis will offer a diverse array of commercial, residential, and recreational amenities, while preserving its rich historical roots as a Great All-American City.
