The City of East St. is proud to announce that Citizens can make utility bill payments in the form of cash, check or money orders. The City does NOT accept credit card, debit card, or checks by phone. Payments can be made during office hours at the walk-in window at the Treasurer’s Office. The Treasurer’s Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
